The workshop will begin with a 30 minute yoga class to help us deeply connect with our senses, body and breath and heighten our awareness of fine sensory input; the ability to discern layers, traces, hints, degrees, nuances, shades of experience. We will then enjoy a 90 minute chocolate lesson presented by Dancing Lion Chocolates: a lesson in the art of tasting chocolate, truly experiencing and appreciate it as an art form; its texture, taste, richness, color, smell, beauty and the pleasure we experience as a result, as well the history of chocolate, where it comes from and how it is made.
$60 per person; $55 before March 5. Space is limited!
We will explore pregnancy-specific yoga postures, flows, modifications and variations that will help you find more comfort as your baby grows and your body changes. We will create a supportive community and nurturing environment in which you will feel pampered, nourished and rejuvenated.
