Ease your way into the evening and unwind after a busy day with Gentle Yoga! Perfect for beginners or experienced students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class, in this class, we will focus on stretching postures, gentle flows and breathing techniques that release stress, reduce tension and promote relaxation. We will finish with an optional 10-15 meditation for those who are interested or enjoy a deliciously long and luxurious Savasana! Absolutely no Yoga or Meditation experience is required.

Take your Yoga outside and enjoy the beautiful New England summer! In this all-levels Hatha class in the tranquil art sculpture garden, we will enjoy stretching and strengthening, movement and stillness, challenge and ease. We will learn to connect more deeply and authentically with ourselves and the world around us, how to open our hearts and how to calm our minds. Appropriate for all - modifications will be offered for beginners. $10 per class; $50 for the full six weeks! This six-week workshop is designed especially for the pregnant practitioner. You will learn breathing and focusing techniques that will help you to relax during pregnancy and childbirth. You will practice postures that will help to:

• Create more opening in the hips and abdominal region, which will help make space for your baby;
• Alleviate tension in the back, neck and shoulders;
• Create more openness in the chest; and
• Increase circulation to help prevent swelling in the feet and ankles.

As your body changes with pregnancy, so will your yoga practice. We will modify poses based on which trimester you are in and how your are feeling. Most importantly, this class will honor your mother's intuition, reinforce your body awareness and improve your ability to practice self care during pregnancy and into motherhood. This class is also appropriate for post natal students.

Everybody can do Yoga! Our popular Beginners’ Yoga Workshop is a wonderful opportunity to get individualized attention as you begin to explore the practice of Yoga, or refresh and refine an existing practice. The workshop will include a discussion about the history of yoga, the various styles of yoga, meditation, and the physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice, as well as a yoga class breaking down the basic postures with attention to alignment and options for modifications.
