Hip Hip Hooray! with Michelle Dalbec . Sat, May 16, 2015 at 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

It’s been said that every pose in yoga lives in the pelvis. In order to have a stable and supportive practice the hips have to be both strong and supple.
Come experience a practice of creative, corrective movements along with classic yoga posture that takes the hips thru their full range of motion, stretching, strengthening, and stabilizing the hips. Make your hips happy, ease lower back discomfort, alleviate knee pain, and live better in your body by creating more awareness, better alignment, and freedom in your hips.
$55 per person. Register before Saturday, May 9 and pay just $50.
