We will explore pregnancy-specific yoga postures, flows, modifications and variations that will help you find more comfort as your baby grows and your body changes. We will practice various breathing and relaxation techniques to help you stay calm and at ease during your pregnancy and during childbirth. We will create a supportive community and nurturing environment in which you will feel pampered, nourished and rejuvenated.

We will begin each class with gentle stretching postures, relaxing flows and breathing techniques that create ease in the body, release stress and reduce tension. We will finish with an optional 10 meditation for those who are interested or enjoy a deliciously long and luxurious Savasana! Absolutely no Yoga or Meditation experience is required.

Family yoga is a wonderful opportunity for parents and kids to practice together! This workshop is a great way to combine physical exercise, partner poses, kid-approved yoga poses, breath work, and relaxation, mixed in with a healthy dose of family togetherness.
Accommodations and variations will be offered to make sure that everyone has fun. Join us for a playful way to spend quality time with your family.
