Ease your way into the evening and unwind after a busy day with Gentle Yoga!
 
We will begin each class with gentle stretching postures, relaxing flows and breathing techniques that create ease in the body, release stress and reduce tension. We will finish with an optional 10-15 meditation for those who are interested or enjoy a deliciously long and luxurious Savasana! Absolutely no Yoga or Meditation experience is required.

Space is limited; sign up as soon as you can! $95 per person; $65 for seniors and students ($90/$60 before May 12).

This six-week workshop is designed especially for the pregnant practitioner. You will learn breathing and focusing techniques that will help you to relax during pregnancy and childbirth. You will practice postures that will help to:

• Create more opening in the hips and abdominal region, which will help make space for your baby;
• Alleviate tension in the back, neck and shoulders;
• Create more openness in the chest; and
• Increase circulation to help prevent swelling in the feet and ankles.

As your body changes with pregnancy, so will your yoga practice. We will modify poses based on which trimester you are in and how your are feeling. Most importantly, this class will honor your mother's intuition, reinforce your body awareness and improve your ability to practice self care during pregnancy and into motherhood. This class is also appropriate for post natal students.

$95 per student for the full six-week session. Sign up before May 25 and pay just $90!
 
Please note: As the Independence Day holiday will be observed on Friday, July 3 this year, we will be running class on Monday, July 6.

Take your Yoga outside and enjoy the beautiful New England summer! In this all-levels Hatha class, we will enjoy stretching and strengthening, movement and stillness, challenge and ease. We will learn to connect more deeply and authentically with ourselves and the world around us, how to open our hearts and how to calm our minds. Appropriate for all - modifications will be offered for beginners. $10 per class; $50 for the full six weeks! No class July 4. Inclement weather dates to be made up at the end of the session. Classes take place at The Derryfield School, 2108 River Rd, Manchester, NH. From YogaBalance, drive north along Hooksett Road. Take a left at the third set of traffic lights by Burger King onto Campbell Street. At the end of Campbell Street, take a right onto Union Street. At the end of Union Street, take a right onto River Road and take the first left into the Derryfield Upper School entrance. Go straight across the rotary and park in front of the tennis courts. We will be waiting to welcome you!

We will finish with an optional 10-15 meditation for those who are interested or enjoy a deliciously long and luxurious Savasana! Absolutely no Yoga or Meditation experience is required.
